This Privacy Policy applies only to the Rolework website at rolework.com. The website presents Rolework's professional services and directs visitors to specialized job boards and other external websites.
Rolework is intended for a professional audience. It does not offer user accounts, a newsletter, or services directed at consumers or minors.
2. Data Controller
The data controller is Rolework, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), with share capital of EUR 1,000, registered under SIREN 993 818 558 and SIRET 993 818 558 00013, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
Privacy-related requests can be sent to contact@rolework.com.
3. Personal Data We Process
Rolework does not maintain a visitor database and does not collect data for newsletters, audience measurement, advertising, profiling, or marketing tracking.
If you use the contact form, we process the information you submit: your name, email address, subject, and message. These details are sent to Rolework by email and are not recorded in a Rolework database.
Technical providers may automatically process limited technical data, such as your IP address, browser information, request metadata, and security logs, to deliver the website, transmit your message, and protect the form against abuse.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
Contact form data is used only to review and respond to professional inquiries, manage related correspondence, and take steps requested before a potential business relationship. Depending on the nature of your request, this processing is based on Rolework's legitimate interest in communicating with professional contacts or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Technical data is processed as necessary for Rolework's legitimate interest in operating, securing, and protecting the website and contact form.
5. Recipients and Service Providers
Access to contact messages is limited to authorized Rolework personnel and the technical providers needed to operate the website and deliver the message.
- Vercel, for website hosting and delivery
- Mailgun, for contact form email delivery
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for spam and abuse prevention
6. International Data Transfers
Some technical providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, these transfers are governed by the safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms implemented by the relevant provider in accordance with applicable data protection law.
7. Data Retention
Contact form emails and related correspondence are retained for up to three years from receipt or from the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or to comply with a legal obligation.
Technical data and security logs are retained by the relevant providers according to their own documented retention periods and only for the purposes described above.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Rolework does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies, audience measurement, profiling, or newsletter tracking.
Strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used by the hosting and security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, solely to deliver the website, protect the contact form, and prevent abuse.
9. Data Security
Rolework applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions set by applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you may also request data portability.
To exercise your rights, email contact@rolework.com and provide enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
11. Visitors Under 18
Rolework and its services are intended for professionals and are not directed at anyone under 18. Rolework does not knowingly respond to requests from minors. If we learn that a sender is under 18, we will delete the information received, unless retention is required by law.
12. External Websites and Job Boards
Rolework contains links to specialized job boards and other external websites. Each external website has its own data controller, terms, and privacy policy and is responsible for its own processing activities. This Privacy Policy does not govern those websites.
