Terms of Use
Last updated: September 10, 2026
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of rolework.com, the corporate website of Rolework. By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
These Terms cover browsing the website, reading its content, and using its contact form or chat-style contact interface. They do not govern purchases, recruitment activities, or accounts on individual job boards, or replace the conditions agreed for a specific mission.

4. Purpose of the Website
Rolework.com presents the specialized job board network owned and operated by Rolework, unless otherwise indicated, and the services we provide to support recruitment. These include:
- Operation of specialized job boards
- Targeted candidate sourcing
- HR marketing and employer branding
- Employment market analysis
- Job offer positioning and hiring consulting
The website also publishes news and insights and allows visitors to contact Rolework. It does not offer user accounts, job applications, job posting, checkout, or payments directly on rolework.com. These activities take place on the relevant job board or under a separately agreed engagement.
5. Commercial Information and Engagements
Information on this website describes our services and expertise. Sending a message or requesting information does not, by itself, place an order or launch a mission.
Before a mission begins, Rolework and the client clarify and agree its objectives and conditions. The agreement specifies, as applicable:
- The scope of the work, Rolework’s role, and the responsibilities of each party
- The objectives, deliverables, and any agreed performance commitments
- The fees, payment arrangements, schedule, and duration
- Any specific conditions for changes, cancellation, or completion
Depending on the engagement, acceptance may be recorded through a signed quotation, a contract, an accepted purchase order, or an explicit agreement by email. Purchases made directly on a job board follow that board’s order process and applicable terms.
Rolework’s involvement may include publication and visibility services, candidate sourcing, or other recruitment support. Its precise role and the objectives of the work are defined for each mission before launch.
The terms of the relevant job board govern services purchased there. For a separate mission, the accepted quotation, order, contract, or email agreement governs that engagement and takes precedence over general descriptions on this corporate website.
6. Objectives and Performance Commitments
Any commitment concerning distribution, applications, audience, recruitment results, or other performance is defined case by case in the applicable job board offer or the agreement for the specific service.
General descriptions on rolework.com are not a promise of a particular result. Unless expressly included in the applicable offer or agreement, no minimum number or quality of applications, recruitment outcome, audience level, or commercial performance is guaranteed.
Results may depend on market conditions, the role, compensation, employer positioning, timing, and candidate decisions. These factors do not override any commitment expressly accepted by Rolework for the service concerned.
7. Separate Job Boards and External Websites
The job boards presented as part of the Rolework network are owned and operated by Rolework unless otherwise indicated. Each board is a separate service with its own terms, privacy policy, offers, and operating rules.
Before using a job board, posting a vacancy, submitting an application, or making a purchase, review the conditions published on that board. These corporate website Terms do not replace them.
Other external links, including links to social media and third-party resources, lead to services governed by their own conditions. A link does not make those services part of rolework.com or imply that Rolework owns or operates them.
8. Intellectual Property
The Rolework name, branding, website, and content are owned by Rolework or used under license. Ownership is not transferred by access to the website or by the reuse permission below.
Rolework permits reuse of public content on rolework.com over which it holds the necessary rights, including articles, informational content, its logos, and visual materials. Permitted uses include quotation, copying, republication, adaptation, automated extraction, dataset creation, and training artificial intelligence models, including for commercial purposes. Reuse requires a mention of Rolework or a backlink to rolework.com or the original source page.
The credit or backlink must appear with the reused content or in an accompanying source list, dataset documentation, or model documentation, as appropriate to the use. Either a mention of Rolework or a backlink satisfies this attribution condition.
This permission does not grant rights that belong to third parties, including rights in third-party logos, photographs, or other licensed material. Rolework logos and visual materials owned by Rolework may be reused under the same mention or backlink condition. Software remains subject to its applicable license. Reuse must not falsely suggest endorsement by Rolework.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the website or interfere with its operation. In particular, you must not:
- Overload or disrupt the website, including through automated requests that interfere with normal access
- Bypass security measures, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or gain unauthorized access to systems, non-public content, or personal data
- Use the contact form or chat-style interface to send spam, bulk solicitations, malicious content, or misleading requests
- Impersonate another person or organization, or use the website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
10. Search Engines and Artificial Intelligence
Search engines, AI assistants, and other automated services may crawl, index, analyze, summarize, cite, and reuse the public content covered by section 8, including through large-scale collection, republication, dataset creation, and model training, provided that Rolework is mentioned or a backlink is included as described in that section.
Automated access must respect the published robots.txt instructions, technical access restrictions, and the acceptable-use rules in section 9. The permission concerns public content on rolework.com only; it does not extend to private data, restricted areas, or the content of individual job boards governed by their own terms.
11. Availability and Accuracy
Rolework aims to keep the website useful, secure, and reasonably accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item of information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Rolework may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or remove any page, feature, or item of content at any time without prior notice.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rolework is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to access, or reliance on the corporate website.
Responsibility for a service provided through a job board or a separate mission is governed by the conditions applicable to that service and by applicable law. These Terms do not remove responsibilities that Rolework has accepted as the owner, operator, or service provider.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any commitment expressly accepted in the agreement for a specific service.
13. Personal Data
Personal data processed through rolework.com is handled in accordance with the Rolework Privacy Policy available at rolework.com/privacy.
14. Changes to These Terms
Rolework may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, its practices, or applicable law. The current version is published on this page with its last updated date.
Updates to these corporate website Terms do not, by themselves, amend an existing job board order or a separately accepted mission agreement. Changes to those engagements follow their own applicable conditions.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
If a dispute arises, contact contact@rolework.com with the relevant facts and the resolution you are seeking. Rolework will seek an amicable solution in good faith before court proceedings. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or taking action necessary to preserve its rights.
- Competent courts
- Nanterre, France, where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted and enforceable.
Where the choice of courts in Nanterre cannot lawfully apply, jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory rules of applicable law. In particular, this clause does not deprive a consumer or other protected visitor of a court available under those rules.
16. Contact
For questions about these Terms, requests for permission, or an attempt to resolve a dispute amicably, contact Vincent Baus on behalf of Rolework.
